On a normal hotspot, the settings for the hint "Time Interval between..." and "Display Time" are obeyed. On a polygonal hotspot, those settings appear to be ignored (it seems to use the default values).

(Using Tourweaver 6.50.101231)

I am afraid you are right. I have reported this bug to our programmers and we will fix it in the coming update (next week).
