I finally have TW5 running on my new machine after almost a week of working on it.  I was having a "side-by-side" configuration problem and the program would not launch.  Unfortunately, now my tour I just completed will not load at all.  I'm wondering if the newest upgrade to Flash may be the culprit.  I can load old tours though, so I am lost.  I have searched previous threads and cannot find anything that helps.  I can send the files if anyone wants to look at it or here is a link:

Transferred back to the old machine and republished and it works.  I have changed the url to the failed tour in case anyone wants to help.

Well, tried replacing the .swf in the newmachinefail file from the newly created tour that actually works.  Still will not load.  Going to email support again.  I will post the results here in case someone else runs into this problem.  I am getting no progress bar on the load screen.  It just doesn't load at all beyond the load image.

1. Was your new tw5 suceesfully installed ? "Still side" by side problem ?

if the "side by side problem " is still there ,plase do as below :

You can uninstall all your previous tw5 and  download this tw5 and install it to Disk D E or F but not C

Then open the installation folder. You can see a folder named Vcredist_x86. Open this folder. Double click Vcredist.msi to operate the file.
if your new  computer is 64 bit program ,please download the vcredist X64(1).zip download link:  http://www.easypano.com/twtest/cheer/vcredist_x64(1).zip

 And then release it to your computer and then double click it and operate it .Then open tw5 .

2 If you can install the new program of tw5 ,please rebuild your tour and republish it . ( " replacing the .swf  or replace other files " some times not works .)

3 If you can install the new tw5 and rebuild and republish the tour ,please upload it to your domain and make sure all files are uploaded to your domain .

4 If the tour works well in your local computer but not works in your domain ,please send us your project and published file .

We will test the project and upload your published file to our domain to see if it works .

We will give you a solution .
