Hi,

I have just downloaded the latest version trial of TW7 prior to upgrading.

The problem that I have is that when I publish a virtual tour using the auto flash/html5 option, upload to my server, then view the webpage using safari on the html file in the html5 folder, the initial pano loads correctly, however if I try to scroll the page I find that there is no option to do this.

I have also tried to scroll the page on an iphone and an ipad but I cannot.

Does anybody have a solution.

The flash version works fine.

If the problem persists, downgrade back to 6.5.
Thats what i have done. TW7 is too buggy for me.

However i have created a tour with tw7 . html5 worked fine for me, although no pop up function, this being 1 of my many reasons to down grade back to tw 6.5

Hope that helps

I forgot to mention that I have a large map therefore the whole page depth is approximately 800 pixels, that is why I need the page to scroll.

Hi Bob,

Why dont you try the following.

Make the map smaller to fit at a decent size on to iPad and let the user zoom in on the map, everyone know how to zoom in on the tablets.

I have never seen a scroll bar feature available on the html5 side as for me. the pop up feature doesnt work on tw7.

Hope that helps, If not, try and find a temporary way to get the required results.

Unfortunately the easypano support has been less than engaging in this forum since Cheer left.

Or maybe you should try a tw 6.5 trial instead of the TW7.
TW7 is not highly recommended until the bugs are fixed. As you will forfeit your tw5 licence. Then if you have problems with tw 7 you will be screamimg more than you are now.

TW7 is not bad. you just need to do alot of work arounds until easypano pull their finger out. In my opinion TW7 shouldnt have been released yet.

But thats just my opinion

Hope that helps

The map canot be made smaller otherwise viewers will not be able to make out the detail.

The original TW5 site page is here: http://www.parkersfarmholidays.co.uk/panorama/ParkersFarm/panorama.html

All I want to do is scroll this page, click on the hotspots and view the panoramas. If this is not possible in html5 would someone kindly let me know.

PS. have tried TW6.5 trial and that has problems as well.

Now i understand you.

To create a tour like that for iPad will be very difficult.

Normally tours i have seen and created are not like that. Not saying that you are doing it wrong. Click the link below. This is a theme park that i recently completed. the map is above the controls at the bottom.

See if it helps, But im afraid i cant answer your question, as per layout, try and pm easypano with your question.

Hope that helps

But with the map layout like he has. It will be difficult to create.

If this product allows pop ups. I think that that would be your best bet
Rather than the layout you have for the pc.
