When I select the Image encryption check box on publishing the publish pano does not load. The progress bar gets to abou 95% and then stops.

Not encrypted images work ok. Have tried flushing cache, re-uploading twviewer etc but no go. Anyone else have this problem?

Do you mean the error occur on publishing or on viewing in twviewer.jar?

If viewing, Please copy the java console information and paste here(or easypano support-email). It will be helpful to solve the problem.

If you use sun jvm, you can get information to click the menu "tools->sun java console".

If you use ms jvm, first select the java console option by click the menu "tools->internet option->advanced->Microsoft VM->java console", second you can get the information to click the menu "view->java console".

I think this is helpful for easypano to catch the error.
