Any ideas on why none of my tours will load anymore?

I've tried everything. Yesterday, all was good.  Today, not a single one works.

I've called my server and they can't find a problem.  And it still works off my PC.

Just not on my site anymore.

hi, yetii

Please check your scene panorama image is the place where they should be.

For example, http://www.perspectus.ca/properties/burnaby/RealtyWest/Scene/realtywest.jp1

www.perspectus.ca

"take sample tour" is easiest one to access.

For anyone with time, check your java console when if fails. I can't decipher the error.  Unfortunately not a coder.

Thx

Check the source code of this page (right click and show source) and check if your files are really were your page ponints to.

Well, Eagles says he can view the tours just fine.

So that means the file / folder structure is correct.

Doesn't explain why no-one else can't get them to work.

Or why they all work one day and have been for weeks, then next day decide not work anymore.

It will seem as though it's server side but again, the file / folders all seem unchanged and I've re-published some tours, which didn't help.

Any other ideas?

Hi,

I tried the web tour and that worked.

It's the sample on the homepage and the radar tours that didn't work for me.

If one works and the other tours on the same server work, then I'm guessing it could be a syntax or reference error.

eagle

I have tried with both Sun and Microsoft Java and IE6 and Mozilla.

I cannot get your "Sample tour" to load! (In fact I watched the loader bar go slightly backwards at one point)

Regards, Smooth
