Hello, If I use template A1 and click preview, nothing shows in the window. I am new to the software but this worked fine in the trial. I can only see the 360's in preview in certain.
Also, I remember when I added a scene it would shoe in the main window/scene viewer. I don't see that now. Am I missing smething?

Please advise.

This doesn't sound right at all.
You would be best to uninstall, go to the install directory and remove the remaining files and folder. Download a new installer. Disable Anti-Virus and install the new version. Then turn anti-virus back on.

Have you adjusted your "local" Flash security?

I deleted the program TW7 Std, deleted the folders, no virus programs, re-installed and same results. Example: Skin A1, when I click preview, the skin comes up but no tour. 3 panoramas, if I click in position 1, nothing, if I click on position 2, it shows for 2 seconds and shows position 3 for 2 seconds then blank. If I click on full screen icon, that will come up just fine..

I forgot to mention, everyone worked during the trial. When I purchased the product and started adding and learning, this started. Are there any settings I missed. If I donload the Pro, all the skins work fine.

Is there a chance you added a graphic to the skin that is covering the scene after it loads?

A link to your faulty panorama would help, project files even better.

Trail and Full Version shouldn't differ except for the annoying pop-up to tell you about being built with a trial version and how to purchase etc.

Note: I covered this issue once before see this thread for the answer

Smooth, I downloaded and installed the A1 Modified and it works like a charm..
Great. Thanks for your help. I really apprieciate it. Now, you don't have links to other modified skins?
