I like it but I do not think it is practical considering the time it takes to load and could be more of a resource hog or possible conflicts. You never know... Simpler is better I think.
It loaded fast for me. Are you going to use it as an intro page or as a logo at the top of a page on your website? I think it would look better and not be as much of a distraction if it moved very slow. There is a program ($20) called anfyteam that will let you to do something like what you are trying to do and it should load faster. They have a free download.
I am just using some old panos to play with at this point. I am going to go downtown and shoot a nice pano of the city to place in the 0 of the 360 in a few days. I am very new to css and trying to learn, however to help speed up the process I am using a css template to at least get things rolling along. I have changed the navigation bar to include a glossy nav bar, still a ways to go but thought I would share what I have thus far.
The new home page looks great. It loaded very fast for me. The only thing I would add is just below the 360 logo, to the far right, I would add in small letters "virtual tours". We understand what 360 means but others may not. Just my 2 cents worth.
Adding the rest this evening, which will be virtuals.com under the 360. You should raise your 2 cents to match this economy we are in...I would go with at least a nickle.
Thanks again
