Hi,

Not finish yet, but I like to share my latest VRtour.

Look @: http://tinyurl.com/6g8l79n

The first panorama (inside the cafe) is recently taken. On advice of Smooth, I do shoot in RAW now,  instead of JPG. The results are significant!

Let me know what you think.

Regards,

Harry.

Hi Harry,

I'm impressed by the stitching quality and also the technique used to remove the nadir !

During this week-end, I tried to remove the nadir by 2 shoot at -90, fixed on the panohead plus one without the panohead, but the result is fat to be the one I expected.

I'm really disappointed.  Seeing your new tour reencouraged me : it is pssible to remove this tripod without having to copy/paste/reconstruct the nadir.
Question is : how ?

Regards,
Dominique

Harry

I too am impressed very nice tour. Smooth is a genius I've enjoyed my tutoring sessions with him and am learning so much from him.

My question is how to you preload your tour images in the beginning so that the transition load between scenes are so quickly?

Thanks Lee

Excellent Tour Harry.  I love your use of transparent png's and the additional flash work.  I can tell you put a lot of time in your projects.  Well done!

Hi and thanks for your compliments.

To answer Lee and GallowayPhoto, in relation to preloading, I use these settings in the Flash VR tab (default in TW).

The panoramas have a average size of 6500 x 3250 and are around 1.8 Mb in file size.

There are only two secrets...
* You must have time.
* Do it for fun, not for the money ''

Kind regards,

Harry.
