Hi Mike,  I worked 37 years with the Corps of Engineers.  Made decision to retire at 56.  2nd best decision I ever made. 1st was marrying my wife 41 years ago.    We have 4 or 5 paying projects each year.  Earn enough to have to pay income tax on the income and collect and pay to the Governer sales tax (VAT),  and still pay for all the cameras, lenses, software etc.  Ah and still have enough to buy a pint or two at the end of the day.

What do we charge for our work?  Simple terms http://360texas.com/services/info.htm   Retirement means keeping arrangments simple - no fuss.

Yes our clients are advertising and marketing companies,  professional photographers that do not want to learn how to do panorama imaging and web page designers.    Real Estate ?  Maybe not unless they are marketing (read have large advertising budget) million dollar homes.

Hope all is well in the UK.  I have a couple panorama photographer friends in the Wirral/ Liverpool/ Manchester area that I chat with frequently.
