I don't use the 8mm I use the 10.5mm. Most of the folks on here use the 8mm and I'm sure someone would be glad to help. Might want to start a new thread asking for some sample files to work with.

How many pictures do you take to complete the pano?

I take 6 + top, I don't do a bottom I use a advertising tripod cap. If it's on carpet or outside in the grass I can Photoshop the bottom with no problem without taking a bottom shot. I'll send you a set.
