TW 4 offers new possibilities such a pop up windows which can be picts, text, swf...
The quality issue of the viewer is not so much related to the use of flash than the process used in TW4 compared to the one used in TW3 (using flash as well)
The debate between flash and java is outdated in my opinion. If I wanted best quality pano I would have gone quicktime and remained with it (which is far better than java and offering interactivity through channels) but if one wants
- multimedia possibilites
- be sure it can be viewed by most people
- be trouble-free on the user side,
flash is the only possibility.
One of the main remaining issue in TW4 is the quality of the viewer which will probably be improved in the next release
(the very same topic occured between version 2 and version 3 of tourweaver)
