Intw 6.5 I have other problem with preview. Always I see: "To view virtual tour properly, Flash Player 9.0.28 or later version is needed. Please download the latest version of Flash Player and install it on your computer." A have actual version of Flash. Before operating system change it was ok... more important problem is with publishing project. Problem: thumbs and radars dont show. I must publish every time to different output folder.

What OS system change? from what to what?

You may have a bad install of Flash there a uninstall on adobe's site then a reinstall.

Or try creating a different profile on the PC and try running it from there

Try deleteing temp files also

1) Temp files can be found by typing %temp% in the "Run" line - Start Run
2) swfobject.js shoul be in the same folder (output) of your created tour as your .html file
3) The question is are you previewing locally of on a server?

If it didn't happen before upgrade to Windows 7, make sure you are publishing to a folder you have full rights to. Like c:\tours ...

I am testing TW currently. Same here. Preview get's stuck at 10%. slice is turned off. I am using a wider panorama 20.000x 1.400 for an HD display. Can't go much smaller than this.
Any solutions?

Temp cleared, no effect.
Im talking about local preview. In TW there are 2 options: 1.preview, and 2.publish. Prewiev doesnt work, publish ok.
But indeed TW has some temp in program folder which is in location with some restrictions. I try install it somwhere else.

I was just playing TW 7.0 and changed my file from 8000x4000 to the file size set in the Sample #1 to 4500 x 2250 and it worked.

What's up with that???

Welcome Jack,

As you can see from my statement once I changed the size of my images the preview worked. I find this wierd why EP would put a small image size when most people are trying to get the best resolution from their respective tours.

Has anyone else tried the different size with different results. Later I will try a 6000x3000 and see what happens.

Again welcome aboard Jack and Thanks EP

I have had the same issue related to image dimensions. Smooth also did some testing with this and found the same problem, we discussed it in the thread of the latest TW7 version but that thread has since been deleted be EP. In my case any cylindrical panoramas above 7999 pixels in width would not preview. It sure would be nice to get the problem resolved.
