tested 6000x3000 and the tours works

I had 3 files in the tour 1) 4500x2250, 6000x3000, and 8000x4000 and the 1st 2 would show in the tour, the 8000x4000 screen never changed from the tour showing. But I could advance to the next tour and it would spin or go back to the previous and it would spin as well

Hmmm... 8000x4000 works in TW6 why not TW7??? [:V:]

...I bet if you reduced it to 7999x3999 it will load in TW7

I bet it wouldn't...
I would guess it would be 7998 x 3999 if it was to work at all. (haven't tried it though!) [;)]

Jack,

While is it good Lee has made progress of sorts. It is not the fix everybody is waiting on with TW7. It is supposed to support "Gigapixel" images and under 8000 pixel wide is a very, very long way from Gigapixel support.

Regards, Smooth [8D]

Jack

appreciate the comment, but why doesn't 8000x4000 work. People should not have to experiment with uotput sizes thae vary from one version to another.

And what about the next person that triesthe product expecting a good result from 8000x4000 that works on every other "competitors" software and not on EP's?

This needs to be addressed and fixed soon

Thanks for being our advocate

Lee

smooth and lee,

Thanks for your kind advices.I have disdcussed with our developers about the issue. Normally, images above 8000 pixel width should work as our developers have tested this figure before. It would be highly appreciated if you can send us your image above 8000.

Thanks again.

Hi,

beside a radar that do not turn, I discovered a problem with Google Map Viewer, I did sign up for a API Key and nonetheless the map will not center and TW7 bugs into an error code message...disaster If a radar is added to the viewer.

 The Slice Display bugs

Sincerely
