Anyone know if there is a way to sync more then two scenes together using the day to night feature?

You mean: Say 3 scenes of the same at different times? Sunrise, Midday, Sunset?

Can't say I've ever tried or even thought of doing so.

yes, just as you said, Sunrise, Midday, Sunset? That would be nice to have the option :-)
