Dear Easypano Users,

This is to inform you that Easypano has updated all the installers of Panoweaver and Tourweaver, but we don't update the build number this time as we just optimize the program structures. However, it is strongly recommended that you re-install Panoweaver and Tourweave again for better experience of Easypano products. You can download the installers from our Download Center and simply replace the former program files. http://www.easypano.com/free-trial.html

I just updated and now when I click on a hotspot or radar on a google map I get the following error message.

Line: 199
Char:29
Error: unable to get value of the property 'llPoints': object is null or undefined
Code: 0

Any help would be great. Thanks

Dear interactive360

After testing the issue, i found that the problem is a small bug, however, you could choose to find hotspot or radar at the OBJECT menu then process your design. This temporaray solution would work for you.

I see few BUGS in Tourweaver 6.5.11....
1. Painted in Tourweaver hotspots - when deleting whole scene. After delete I dont have access to hotspots linked to the deleted scene. I see bug when I want to select badly linked hotspot.
2. After some time project missed speed of for example change scene to previous. Can i find speed in some ini?
3. Some ini which disappear. Error appears after computer started. Reload project without restart computer doesn't generate it.

SUGGESTIONS
1. Copying picture hotspots, should be placed in mouse cursor position.
2. Setting default changing scene effects
3. Sometimes i have to close project to change picture (buttons, hotspots)
4. Better correct/drawing hotspots in tourweaver. Sometimes they need to be correct, be more accurate, to much time is to delete and once again setting tour.
5. Default pole of scene, radar setting. When i want to set walk effect to the change scene it would be better when I see nearly correct view of walk.
6. Loop of the image when editing hotspots. I cant mark scene when i see half of them.
7. Ability to turn on/off buttons by clicking other one.
8. I dont see hotspots in immersive view.
9. Scaling of the image showed in window to maximum view.

The current builder Tourweaver6.5 11.1115 .Some of the features has been optimized.

Our tourweavr7 bata has release and we hope you can test it now .

Hi Cheer,

The version downloaded from location http://www.easypano.com/download-tw600.html , is V6.50.111110.
There is no build 6.5 11.1115 to download.

Hi all,

I would appreciate enlightenment on a little issue i am facing.

After publishing my VT, I checked all the browsers. IE,Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Safari.

Chrome & IE work perfectly on computer. But Safari, Opera and Firefox show all the gadgets but everything is black. I can see the hotspots passing, pop-ups work etc.

Safari works great for html5 but not for html(all black).

Any ideas. I am using Cubic Images 15678 x 1667.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
