| Question: | How can I get your software after I bought it? |
| Solution: | Just download the trial version at http://www.easypano.com/free-trial.html and register it with the license key we sent to you. Then use it freely. Sometimes, our emails are blocked by certain email servers, therefore, in case you can not receive the license within 24 hours after your payment has been received, please email or call us with your order reference number and alternative email address, and we will send you the license again as soon as possible. It is recommended that you enter your phone and fax numbers when you order the software, so we can fax the license to you when emails don't work. |
