| Question: | Sometimes the programm loads only the screens without the animations or it loads only the animation without the hotspots,so I cant go through the rooms. |
| Solution: | First it has something to do with the name of the scene. Please make sure that there doesn't exist any strange symbol in the scene name, like kartegroß.jpe. Second, it is because the size of some of the scenes are a little bigger. more than 1M, please keep the size around 700k which will make the loading speed of the tour faster, or the size of the scenes will affect the loading speed, resulting in loading only the screens without the animations. |
