Question: We have examples of our virtual tours on our website and they work great on high speed, however when I try it on dial-up: when I click on the hotspots the next scene doesn't come up. Is there anything we can do to improve this?
Solution: If you try it on dial-up, we suggest the best way to improve it is to edit the panoramic images into smaller ones in size in another application like Photoshop and etc. Or when stitching the images in panoweaver, please select "panoramic image size" as "Web dial-up", that is 1400*700, or smaller.
