| Question: | I have had Panoweaver 5 installed for 4 months. Today when I tried to launch it as normal, nothing happens at all. One time a prompt box did come up and say it was already running. I can't open to deactivate and reinstall. What is the cause and recommended action. |
| Solution: | Please check the JRE first. make sure that you have installed JRE (Java Runtime Environment) 1.6 or later version. Please go to the installation directory of pw5, and delete the file "settings.dat" in the folder. Then restart the computer to have a try. If it still doesn't work, please uninstall the JRE and remove it completely from the computer, and then reinstall it to have a try. |
