| Question: | I tried to transfer my serial number from windows 2003 server on one computer so that i can activate in windows XP in the same computer. What can i do, or what steps are correct to activate Easypano software in new windows installation in the same computer? |
| Solution: | Before you install the new OS on the same computer, please go to the menu "help>transfer license" to transfer the license first. Secondly, install your new OS, install Easypano software, and then use the license key for it to activate it. |
