| Solution: | As to the wire transfer, since Element 5 has been contracted by Easypano to sell, manage and support our online sales, and to avoid fees for wire transfers to foreign countries, you can send bank transfers to one of E5 accounts in Germany, France, the UK, Finland, Sweden, Norway, or Japan. Here are the detailed steps: 1. Please access the online store to order the software. 2. When filling the purchasing form, please choose "bank/wire tranasfer" as the payment method. 3. After filling up the form, you'll receive the detailed BANK details as you required. 4. You will receive the bank account information via e-mail after your order has been processed. 5. The product delivery will be effected as soon as your payment arrives. |
