| Question: | We purchased the Virtual Tour Outfit (Nikon F Mount). We have been recieving payment reminders, however we have never received the hardware portion of our order. We do have the software, but the camera pieces have never arrived. Why? |
| Solution: | Easypano sales policy is that the hardware is delivered only after the payment is received in consideration of insurance. So after we receive the payment from you, the hardware will be sent to you ASAP. |
