Text word wrap does not seem to work in hotspots

I can confirm this is a bug.

The Word Wrap works in the GUI whilst building but when published it is not constrained.

I feel it is the "Text Area" dimensions that is not constrained more so then "Word Wrap" not working.

Build: 7.00.5112
