What are the dimensions of the image 8000x4000, and exactly what is the process you are attempting when you get the error?

Open your photos in "PHOTOSHOP".
For each one Press " CTRL+SHIFT+ALT+S "
(Reducing for web usage)
Reduce the size of the image.
I reduce mine from 25mb to 1.15 mb without losing image quality.

Pano: 5000x2500
Size: 1.15mb per pano
Number of panos : 30
Reducing the panos will reduce loading times. This is so important for 1st impressions with potential customers
