Panoweaver Tech Support MIA - Error: #0002006

I've been trying to call for 2 days now during the call windows as well as sending support tickets and twitter messages.  The phone numbers are giving me busy signals.

I'm having trouble publishing to HTML5.  I get an error which reads as:

#0002006 Unable to publish!  Please make sure the driver is writable and non-shared with enough space. 

I've made sure that my "drive" is not shared, writable and it has enough space.  Not sure if there is a driver somewhere that should be writable or what.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The issue is caused by authority of writing of your hard disc. Please set your hard disc where Tourweaver is installed writable according to the video: http://gallery.easypano.com/test/Jack/Panorama-Software/customer/memory.mp4
