Not compatible with Firefox?!?

Hi,

We just bought EPublisher for one of our client to convert his previous virtual tours, we've finished all the conversions but were just notified that Firefox users can't see them, is that right?

We purchased EPublisher for maximum compatibility so I'm a bit confused. Can you please help out and let us know if there's a work around it?

the tour is compatible with the Firefox latest version, could you tell us more detail about the issue and the browser version you are using, what is the link of your tour?
