How to change the rotating speed

Hi,

I am a newbie.  Is there a way to change the rotating speed? I made a tour of 4 scenes. A couple seem to run fast. I have tried to alter the auto rotating speed in the scene options panel but it doesn't seem to be working.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
