Loading Problem Fixed

It seems tourweaver doesn't like changing from Windows Server 2000 to 2003. For some reason it won't parse properly on 2003 causing the loading problem. It is totally a server problem and has nothing to do with our site.  What we have done is switch to Linux.  Our server runs both so we are lucky that we don't have to find a new provider. Unlucky that we were down for several days before anyone figured it out.

It is the different between 2003 IIS and 2000 IIS.

I think you should add Application Extension mapping that define "jp1","gi1" to E:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\aspnet_isapi.dll in win2003 server.

It should solve this problem
