Japanese Writing in opening screen

Hi there.  I am still getting an image popping up with Japanese writing on the ipad.  I have update my version to the latest one.  Is there something I am doing wrong?

Yep I've still got the same issue. I don't know how many times this problem has to be raised, when is something going to be done about this?

Could you provide us with more detail? What is yourproduct version? Is your Operating System Windows (32bits or 64bits) or Mac OSX?

This seems all to familiar. You have sent me load.js files previously to fix this issue. It keeps occurring. The way to fix the problem is not to send everyone a load.js file but to fix the program from the source. This band-aid repairing of tours is wasting everyones time and especially money. It's about time EP got professional about this.I'm seriously thinking about changing software because this is effecting my relationship with my clients.

Thank you for the advice, we have include the file in the later version, and now you could replace the file and solve the problem, instead of going to download the software and reinstall.
