HTML5 - No offline configuration error - Safari browser

hi,

I have created a virtual tour with trial version of TourWeaver 7.10, i gave a spherical panoramic image, and i have published using html5, as i need to view it in mobile device, if i am opening the html file directly from file manager, it is working properly, if i placing the html5 folder in web service or loading it through webview in ios, it is not working, it says, No offline configuration, what does it mean? How should i make it work in mobile device, please help me.

Dear Akshea,

To view your tour on iPad offline, it is suggested to use the ways below:
One is to package your published html5 tour into an app by App Maker(http://www.easypano.com/app-package-tool.html)or our latest Tourweaver 7.96. In this way,you need to apply a certificate from Apple first   https://developer.apple.com/programs/ios/ . Then please follow the step by step instruction as the link below shows:

Another way is to download App "Documents". And after published your project into Html5 format, you can copy the wholepublished html5 folder to your tablets and then open in file manager to view.

If it still doesn't work, please let me know.

We are having the same issue as above. We are trying to upload entire _html5 folder to web but when we visit live link we are getting the following error "No Offline Configuration". We have made no changes to the files or file names, we are completely online and preview does work locally. Any idea what may be causing the problem?

Update:

We realized that the issue was occuring because of the file name structure. When saving we exported a file name with spaces so the spaces were replaced by special characters online. We have changed the file name to index.html and it is now working but "no offline configuration" still appears momentarily. See updated link below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Customer,

Please right click your Tourweaver icon->open filelocation->resource folder->javascript, then download the file in the link http://gallery.easypano.com/test/alison/new-js.zip  to replace the existing load.js file.

Then republish your virtual tour, it will not have the " NOOFFLINE CONFIGURATION " massage.
