Custom map position

Hello.

I would like to know if it is possible to move the map in mapviewer to desired location. Map is large and it and on Best fit si too small and on Actual size I see just upper corner. I would need it to be in the middle of the map.

if you place radars on desired spots you can get big maps to just what you want!

how can I do that. Just through actions?
