Text Area Not Working in HTML5 Tours

I swear this flawed program is going to kill me.  I am using the latest version of Tourweaver Pro.  When I publish my HTML5 tours and view them locally I can see the text area.  When I upload the tour and view it, the text area is now broken.  I can see the .png files in the folders.  Why is EasyPano even creating text areas as graphics verses real text?  When I email support they tell me that "Text Hints" don't work in HTML5 Tours.  I keep telling them it's NOT a "Text Hint"!!!!!  It's a "Text Area" which DOES work in HTML5 because I have tours where they work properly.  Any suggestions from the members would be helpful.
